Don’t give them any of your money! I didn’t know of any alternatives at the time so I just went for them since the website looked professional. I just wanted my money back! They have a 30-day money-back guarantee they just don’t care about. They just ran me through some standard guides and wanted to give me more of their garbage software for free. They never acknowledged that I just wanted my money back. ![]() When I contacted customer support they just led me through a maze of options while I was asking for a refund. I’ve tried using Tenorshare 4DDiG to recover files via a bootable drive and it just didn’t work. Product doesn’t work and YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! The customer care I've experienced has been flat, patronising and obtuse. And the 30 day satisfaction guarantee is, frankly, BS - as they have a (buried) no refund policy. So it's not able to do what the advertising and product claims. The big 'repair' download and install feature didn't fix my issue - as it actually depends on your ability to unlock your phone. But having paid the fee for a registration - the claim is nonsense, and their software is really nothing more than a dressed up guide to the same advice youtube would give you. The language they use in the product itself implies that they can pretty much fix/bypass software situations where you can't, say, use any touchscreen component - this was my problem, due to a particular Samsung green screen issue (that no youtube video or guide could resolve). ![]() As others have noted, this is a fairly shady endeavour. UPDATE: Since writing this complaint, and 3 subsequent emails to Tenorshare's stiff customer support team they have agreed to refund me 50% of the product charge. I would avoid Tenorshare as a company and there software as it’s was a waste of my time and money. I believe any of the reviews on their website they generated and must have planted there. They are a scam to get access to your computer and secure information. I asked for my money back but no response. Trying software on three different Windows 10 computers with no success then they quit communicating with me. ![]() After a month of communication and over 30 emails with no success only software log requests. All they wanted to do is remote support from China which I wouldn’t allow. Asked several questions over a month of communication and they never answered any of them. Software never worked, support was very poor.
